For programs (i), (ii) and (iii), information brochure and application form can be obtained from identified branches of Canara Bank on payment of Rs.700/- or directly from the Deputy Registrar (Academic), IISc, Admissions Unit, Bangalore 560012 by sending a demand draft for Rs.700/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, IISc, Bangalore. (From the Institute only: Rs.350/- for SC/ST or physically handicapped candidates, accompanied by a relevant certificate).
Online submission of application forms may be made by accessing the IISc Website: http://iisc.ernet.in/ The online application form fee is Rs.500/- for general category and Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PH category.
For program (iv), information brochure and application form can be obtained directly from the Institute by sending a demand draft for Rs.1, 500/- drawn in Favour of the Registrar, IISc, Bangalore.
