Application invited for the Joint Entrance Examination 2008, to select candidates for the courses [B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Des, B.Arch, M.Pharm Dual degree, MSc integrated, MSc Tech Dual degree, M.Tech integrated, B.tech/M.Tech Dual degree conducted in 7 IITs and Institute of technology-BHU, Indian school of mines-dhanbad. Examination will be held on april 13, 2008 [Sunday]. Eligibility: +2 PCM with 60% for general candidates and 55% special candidates [SC/ST, Physically handicapped] Last date to submit the application form: January 4, 2008. there will be two papers for the JEE; each paper contains 3 hours objective type questions from Physics, chemistry and maths. Timing: paper I 09.00 am- 01.00 pm, paper II 02.00 pm- 05.00 pm. Maximum age 25, each candidates will be given only two consecutive chances [just after plus two and next year]. Application will be available from the selected branches of canara bank [kerala branches: Kannur, cochin- mattanchery, calicut- cherootty road, Thiruvananthapuram- MG Road, thrissur- ram raj building round].
